Do you charge for the phone consultation?
No. Describe what you are seeing or hearing and we will tell you what it likely is and what it takes to resolve, at no charge and without sending anyone out to look at it first.
How fast do you respond?
Pest control is scheduled on weekdays. For urgent wildlife, a snake inside the house or a dead animal you can smell, call anytime and we will work you in.
Do I need to be home?
For an interior inspection, yes. Exterior treatment, roofline work and most exclusion can be done without you there, as long as we can reach the areas involved.
Do you require a contract?
No. One time service or a regular schedule, your call. If we are not the right company for the job, we will refer you to someone we trust.
Do you do mosquito spraying?
No. Those products are hard on honey bees and other beneficial insects, and we are not comfortable with that tradeoff. We will not kill a honey bee colony either. We will help you find a beekeeper.
